The Garden will hold a marquee for up to 200 guests. The cost above is hire of land only, any marquee costs are in addition and payable to the marquee company chosen.


The hire duration is from 12pm midday the previous day to 12pm midday of the following day's hire (48 hours).

red brick barn

Included in the Barn hire are the use of eight round tables that can seat 8 people and two large round tables that can seat 10 plus 6ft x 3ft trestle tables. 100 fold up chairs and 25 velvet covered chairs. Any additional requirements can be discussed at your viewing appointment.

Marquee hire

  • 9 x 15m marquee with ivory linings, chandelier & fairy lights, flooring & carpet, 100 padded ivory chairs, 10 x 5ft round tables.
  • £1400 total with the £700 barn reception hire for a weekend.
  • £1500 total with the £850 barn reception and ceremony hire for the weekend.

Marquee can be extended in size at an additional cost.

please note: The barn has no alcohol license but it may be consumed if brought to the premises

The barn has a main area/auditorium and reception entrance and stage with full lighting and sound system. The barn offers a kitchen with running hot and cold water, industrial sized fridge/freezer, plenty of surface space with a serving hatch that can act as a bar to supply food and drink to the auditorium. There is also another room adjacent to the kitchen that has access to the stage, it can be used as a dressing room or as storage for coats, tables and chairs.
